Catering

Catering will be based on a 100 person minimum.

I charge about $19.00 per plate when it comes to catering (tacos). There is an 18% gratuity fee on all caters over 100 people. There is a travel fee for
travelling outside the Salem City in Oregon. City limits of $275.00.

We are only available for caters at the moment, preferably on the weekends.

Carnita caters are $23.00 dollars a plate per cater.

Homemade Michoacan style carnitas.
1. Can include cueritos and buches upon request with an upcharge.
Homemade Mexican rice.
1. Can make white rice upon request.
Homemade refried beans.
1. Refried

Choice of 2 homemade salsas.
1. Can choose the type of salsa you would like
  1. Salsa Cruda (fresh non fried or boiled)
  2. Salsa Frita (fried ingredients)
  3. Salsa asada (charred ingredients)
  4. Tomatillo salsa
  5. Guacamole

Tortillas.

Barbacoa plates are $29.00 per plate.

Pricing is per plate.

Homemade Hidalgo styled Barbacoa lamb meat.
1. Will include the consume (bullion).
Homemade Mexican rice.

1. Refried
2. Boiled

Birria caters cost $29.00 per plate.

Birria de Res (beef) or Chivo (goat) package: Chivo (goat) is a $3 upcharge.

1. Can request drums or thighs.
Homemade Mexican rice.

1. Salad consist of imitation crab meat, noodles, corn and condiments.
Tortillas
1. Tortillas are optional.
